Eating in kosher land

Me and Kosher Guy (KG)

I am a special education administrator.  He does computer stuff for a defense contractor.  I love food: pork, cheese, meat, chicken, veggies.  I love it even more if it is grown locally, organically, in Italy, France or Japan.  (Yes, I know that doesn’t make sense.)  He grew up in a kosher, vegetarian home but got over the vegetarian part.  My man is a steak and potatoes kind of guy.  Unfortunately, he’s a kosher steak and no butter on the potatoes kind of guy.  But we are in love, so together we are going to figure this out and eat well at the same time.
